Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed once you complete the booking flow and receive a confirmation. Prices shown are estimates based on the home size, service and add-ons you select.

Payment is made by PromptPay or credit / debit card. Promotional codes apply only to qualifying bookings and cannot be combined.

You are responsible for arranging access, whether you are home or leave keys with condo reception. If our cleaner cannot access the home, the booking may be charged in full.

If something is damaged or the clean does not meet expectations, tell us within 48 hours and we will re-clean or resolve it. Please secure valuables before your appointment.
